Wouldn't the 動け here refers to being operational rather than being able to move? Hence I change it to 'attack' to better reflect the in-game implications of CVB.

This part of Kaga's rant is mostly about the implementation of jets in Kancolle, which can only be equipped by certain carriers. Equipping jets would allow an additional airstrike against the enemy fleet before regular shelling commences, and also extends the carrier's attack range, allowing them to attack earlier than other ships with shorter attack range during shelling phase. Not to mention the implemented jets' stats are nothing to sneeze at...
Also, the second line is wordplay on a nickname for Zuikaku, and "ずるい"(Zurui).Even though I went and said such a bossy line, instead of leading the pack, wouldn't I be the one dropping out instead?
After their Kai-Ni, their firepower had increased, their attack range became medium, and if they converted to their A-form, they could still operate even when medium-damaged.
On top of that, there's the jets!
