The first panel makes it clear that they're not really trespassing; they're using the technically sound logic of "Hey, if Sazanami can use the Admiral's bath, how come we can't?", which the Admiral appears to have no convincing response to (persumably his and Sazanami's relationship is not exactly "official" -- that, or they're not [provisionally] married yet).
