    In this case, it seems to be playing on the "flirting virgin Suzuya" meme. This is even more apparent if you check the previous works.

    Also, I would say that the audience is why such drawings are common. It's similar to how paizuri, with all its annoyances and issues, are popular among the virgin segments.
