Most tags are physical attributes (hairstyle/eye color), clothing, or pose, so you've got most of the standard stuff covered.
The only thing I can think of are that you generally want some sort of bangs tag, her eyes are tsurime, there's blush and sweat, and very frequently, sidelocks.
Beyond that, the translation is likely to be rather... dissapointing.
