Seems we MAY finally be getting an anime adaption for Kud Wafter. Rather late finding this bit of news from the beginning of the year but it seems Key are weighing the cost of potentially animating the game. It's been a few months since the news was first announced, I don't know if they have agreed to green light the anime or not yet.

Surprised it has taken this long to just get to this early planning stage, had thought back then they would do a Kud Water anime immediately on the heels of the Little Busters EX ovas.

Key have recently uploaded a video on youtube that looks like it is confirming the Kud Wafter anime is in the works. Can't understand what they're saying and can only get a little info via google translate on a few comments.
