I didt know what artist thinking about, but it is art from Eternal Senia

It says "Eternal Senia event CG" in the commentary. (Which is why you should fetch commentary when you upload.)

This is also Senia's default outfit, so there's nothing here to do with Ragnarok Online at all.

Perhaps whoever tag it mistaken her for some swordsman from Ragnarok Online, even I too due to similarities.

Senia's entire character is based on the Ragnarok Online Female Swordsman, though. However, since it's a RPGMaker game, I guess it's fine not tagging Ragnarok Online since the only thing related to that game is the character design's inspiration.

Tagging this kinda thing is tricky. Ugh...
