Reimu is second to Sanae in being portrayed with large breasts.
Having the alternate_breast_size tag for her makes little sense since it's quite common for fans to give her boobs, same as with Sanae.

Please give me the pic from official source that shows this. Otherwise, I'll stick with alternate breast size. FYI, the Twitter version of this pic is written as "Grown-up Reimu" by the artist himself.
