Re: the commentary, given the context here of them both waking up together at what is probably his apartment, it seems more likely that 「んー…はゃくかぇってきてね…」 is her asking him to hurry home rather than "hurry up and get out of here" which is what it is currently translated as.

Indeed, かぇってきてね is obviously derived from the verb かえってくる, which translates to "come back, return". Either she's telling him "Hurry up and come back (later)" because she wants more of what they did (and other stuff, probably), or "Hurry up and go back (to your home)" because she doesn't want him to get into trouble with anyone who might get suspicious if they notice he's not at home. In the latter scenario, I'm assuming he's not married, because I don't believe Himura Kiseki would risk portraying adultery as sympathetic unless the wife is an unsympathetic frigid bitch, which would be an unusually negative portrayal for a female character in his works.

So... She's sleeping over. Logical possibilities to conclude from this:
Her parents are away on a business trip, privately celebrating an important personal anniversary (e.g. their wedding), or some similar reason.
Her parents are aware of her relationship with the teacher and for some reason approve of it.
She's an orphan, and her legal guardian either approves, does not know (might be absent for the time being, or rarely if ever shows up in person), or knows but does not care in the slightest.

Gonna add one more
She is living in dormitory, so her parents doesn't know when or where she is staying over someone else's house.
But the commentary in the past pic implies that her sensei promised her that they were to get married after gradution, so this image is about their life together. Dunno.

There was nothing about marriage in the previous page's commentary. The promise could've well been about physically consummating the relationship that they already have been having in secret.

A question comes to mind: if yesterday was Graduation Day, then what is this teacher running off to work for?
There's no doubt this is a Morning After scene, but Is it really the morning after graduation?
