I believe it was previously said that he wants to pork her (and have 10 kids), but wants Mickey to initiate it. Think it was in the chapter where they chase after Tagarou along with Roland.
So it's not really untrue, just more that he's patiently waiting (while mooching off living in Mickey's house).

It seems more like Atlanta is scared of sex (a common theme in harem shows, since it lets it be wish fulfillment without actually becoming porn, especially when they target younger males that are afraid of sex, themselves), and only teased Mickey about it in the first chapter because he knew Mickey would not accept, while he cowers in fear or cries and tries to get away when anyone like Tagerou actually makes a move on him.
I mean, that line about 10 kids was "I'll let you have your egg back after you have 10 kids", and came after "your favorite sausage and eggs wrapped in silk." Atlanta was CLEARLY trying to rub his victory in at that point.
That's a possibility! We haven't seen him be so scared of actual sex to reject Mickey herself though, so perhaps he just doesn't like the idea of snusnu with a wolfwoman in heat with sharp claws and possibly twice his weight. Roland hasn't shown any interest in him either, nor he in her.
Really, although Atlanta does officially have a harem, it's clear he favours Mickey over everyone else. We'll see if this changes.
Hurts...it hurts, Mama! That's truly amazing, how come I couldn't see it before...Miss me? Hehe!Hm, I heard you defeated that Mickey in one blow?Atlanta!Where are you going! What did you call me?Mm...can't breathe...Oh dear, you've grown up to be so cute.I really want to tear that little face off, huh.And then you savagely f●cked her, right? How many times did you do it?Ah no...we didn't...
