Gender can be confusing in French. What's written on Perrine's armband is the masculine form, when it should be the feminine form "Aide-infirmière médicale".
Also, the "médical" part is redundant: an orderly can be translated in French as "aide-soigant" or "aide-infirmier", the former more than the latter, and those two words are health domain jobs.
