What? No tagging of a picture with the artist name while pointing out it's in this picture!? -insertfacepalm.jpg-

I facepalm for the sheer fact that NOBODY bothered to have edited this picture or added an artist tag when it's been around for FOUR months, which is a major shame because it's such a great picture.
And for the record it's a fan art for Incise Soul/M-RS character. Not stupid Misa from Death Note.

While it looks similar to Incise Soul's Rukia, Rukia has blue eyes, not green.
