Tamamo Lancer's NP deals more damage to males. Moriarty is an Archer, who takes double damage from Lancers. So, Tamamo Lancer's NP is a great tool to beat up Moriarty, who featured as a prominent boss in a recent FGO chapter.

No, NP effect is just "additional damage vs Males" and that's it.

Also, no crits either since NPs can't crit in FGO lol.
