The layout here is responsive-type, so the little wand she's holding, when tapped to the green screen would make little sunny icon appears. She's too nervous because it's her first airing and taps the wand everywhere, resulting in the shiny faces everywhere...resulting in chaotic weather report.

Yeah, I was suspecting it had something to do with all those smiling faces on the screen, but I don't watch much TV these days so I had no up-to-date knowledge to fall back on. Thanks for enlightening us.

In other news, I just got my hands on scans of the booklet that came with the Tawawa anime's third BD, and I couldn't help but burst out laughing at the end of the short story in which Ai-chan and Kouhai-chan have their first face-to-face meeting. It's... Just read it. Or read the spoilers below.
See, Ai-chan was working at her part-time job in the cafe, and Kouhai-chan was at a table tapping away at a laptop when her Senpai makes his entrance... and Kouhai-chan, in her rush to rise up and call him over, accidentally knocks her chair backwards into Ai-chan, who just happened to be passing right behind her carrying a few plates. She thankfully manages to catch all the plates, but her shirt finally buckles under the strain and a button flies off... right into Kouhai-chan's forehead (she had turned around by now), and from there into her cleavage.
Kouhai-chan manages to extract the wayward button and return it to Ai-chan, but when the time comes for Ai-chan to give Onii-chan his usual weekly charm, she stops herself at the last second when she remembers the incident... and gets all jealous from the fact that not only has the button been "tainted" by falling into another woman's cleavage, but said woman was even bigger-breasted than she is, which compounds the "taint" even further. And apparently she refuses to even explain why she doesn't want to give Oniichan the button; probably too embarrassed about the nature of her reasoning.
And yes, I figured out all that without knowing how to read kanji (well, besides a handful that I managed to memorize through regular exposure).
