    Looks more like Unryuu is his relief station. Anytime he gets overworked doing his duty as Admiral she steps in to... unload some stress, so to speak.

    Then again with the amount of shota hunting girls in that base I think a lot of the stress he builds up is just trying to keep himself under control.
