Somehow I feel like with a body that size she would be doing a lot more to that building than she already is

it looks like she has 6 fingers on her left hand, or just a really weird and long thumb. Should this go to "error" or "bad anatomy" ?

In general, size artists downplay structural damage so they can depict more detailed interaction between radically different sizes.

Nah, the perspective is what's doing it. With sufficiently long thumbs, this illusion isn't hard to pull at an angle.

She has five total appendages on the left hand.
