Problem is from what I see, she needs someone to verbally accept that what she is saying is a lie and most likely, also believing said lie to be falsehood, meaning that:
1) It's not a power you can intentionally have a partner sitting around saying "you're lying" over and over while you bring out every Pokemons into the world.
2) She can be defeated by literally anyone who isn't interested in talking back to her or doesn't fall for taunts.
3) The Lovecraftian Hound of Tindalos she summoned clearly did no follow her around nor was set free afterward, so her power clearly has some form of time limit.
It's a Jojo villain level of overly specific condition that would turn her power to trash if the opponent isn't 100% in on it, so it's not a power she can abuse freely.

Most likely the effect ends once the afflicted one is dead. Since she only uses her power to always kill we are not sure if there are other uses yet.
