That said, I still have to wonder if a flag is really necessary. I wouldn't notice the difference if I weren't specifically looking for it, and we generally only flag lower-quality versions when they are samples.

Resolved the md5 mismatch, by the way. Tumblr is really freaking weird -- probably one of the few times uploading straight from your computer is actually warranted, bleh.
Mmmm, well, it could just be a third-party modification -- you'll notice that the amount of light is different in each of them. The flag reason is wrong (especially considering this has the exact same res), but yandere doesn't vet for image integrity, or at least not as well as we do anyway. The child image is unsourced there, and currently I can't find any md5 matches of the child from any sources from the artist. It's just this one that's similar. Maybe it was on his Twitter before, but if it was then it was probably deleted.
