Well, the Tiger was notoriously unreliable, and the lion team used the Porsche Tiger, which relied upon an even more complex, advanced, and (due to the deteriorating German industry at the time) unreliable set of equipment (the tank was actually propelled entirely by electric motor, and just had a diesel electric generator for an engine), such that it failed to even operate properly in trials, and was never put into production.
That said, whatever's wrong with a Porsche Tiger probably isn't going to be fixed by waving a wrench at its treads. It's electical system was the most vulnerable, and you don't fix that with a wrench or from the outside, and if something WAS wrong with the track, it's probably gonna take much more than tightening a few bolts by hand to fix it.
This is pretty much video game logic - machine low on HP? Just whack it with a wrench until its HP goes up! Who cares if the problem is a giant RPG-based hole in the armor, just clank a wrench against it, and more armor will magically appear!

Well,since making different ways to fix different damage requires shit ton of coding,animating and lots of man power. Plus if it is released the gameplay mechanics will be so complex only the most devoted players will play them and these people are rare.

Ah! But it kind of was. Porche was certain that he would win the contract, so he built hundreds or something of the chassis (the turret was built by Krupp). When he lost the contract he was like "what do I do with all these chassis?", so he turned them into the Ferdinand tank destroyers (named by his employees after himself). The one and only Porche Tiger was used as a command tank for a company of these. They got the nickname "Elefant" by the troops, a name which was later made official when the tanks were modified with a bow machine gun (the lack of which had proven to be a significant weakness in battle). I don't know if they kept the same engine as the Porche Tiger though...
