No, Ichirin is a pretty frequent drinker too, since she (and Unzan) were used as the example for "followers who don't abide by the no drinking rule"

Yes, one of the 5 major sin for teaching, is alcoholism, but damn, Touhou has loads of characters regulary do alcohol, and lots of them are women (especially Suika and Yuugi, but they are Onis so whatsever), knowing it is Gensokyo, even Rinnosuke, the man (yeah, alcohol more common for men), rarely ever touches alcohol.
