I won't fight with Moonspeaker to translate this series, but basically, 'Bono wants to start a third fleet with all the new members they have, including Hatsuyuki, but Miyuki informs her that Hatsuyuki is now going AWOL to avoid such a fate.

'Bono will probably want to stock up on pocky and leave some kotatsus out to lure Hatsuyuki back into her natural habitat.

Pretty much exactly what I was thinking. While "angel" Inazuma eventually goes Plasma from having to rein in a kuso teitoku, it seems like a friendly but less-than-capable itouto teitoku has a reverse effect making Akebono into Akobo-Nee.
