I guess I can't be completely sure (so I won't say anything about the tag), but I think it's still Mizuki (or "Chicken")... but again, I can be wrong...
They said it's an "alternate story" and called it a day so we don't really know. However, the player characters have the exact same (creepy) faces and their rooms are pretty much identical. So I guess she technically IS some kind of bizarro Mizuki, just not the exact same Mizuki.

That "alternate story" thing, it's based on what Masuda says on the Pokémon Direct? But what he said is really an indication of "alternate" story? Because, didn't he said just "Another story" (もう一つの物語) like in "One more story in the Alola region" rather than a "alternative story"? From what I have seen since the anouncement, people are talking (almost claiming) like in the US/UM the events of the original SM never actually happened... For me, "Another story" can simply mean that the story will just continue (in one of the various ways). Then, I'm here wondering if my interpretation (even if in another language) is laking, or if people are just assuming like usual (It's also possible that I mistook the source of this "theory")...
I had more to say (I guess), but I'll leave with that, sorry for the (kinda) long comment (and I hope I didn't mess too much with that explanation of mine).
