There are different kinds of special, everyone in the base is weird, but Yuu may actually be 'special' in the short bus sense of the word.

Is no one going to point out that these kind of soaps are rarely dangerously toxic and are generally, safe for consumption (might cause some stomachache over the day though). At worst, for an adult they will cause irritation in stomach and intestines.

Nevertheless, young children should preferably not consume these kind of products as they could end up having more severe reactions

Nobody was going to mention it because it's been over a year already, but regardless...

Keep in mind that medical terminology can often make things sound less drastic than they actually are. The "irritation" of a full mouthful of soap is enough to cause vomiting (possibly even vomiting blood), as well as extreme diarrhea (which poses a dehydration risk) if it passes into the intestines without being vomited first.

I was specifying Soap Bars not just bath soap in general (I should have specified more than just saying "these kind of"). Soap bars are generally made in such a fashion as to be as non-toxic as possible (partially because of this exact risk of some amount of consumption).

And what you are mentioning is indeed a risk, but very small when it comes to soap bars. Hell, there exist edible soap bars out there (however, why someone would want to eat their soap, I have no idea).
