"Something is wrong here" is not a valid reason to flag unless you specified where the error was.
Also, the anatomy in here is perfectly fine unless you're the kind of person that expects every woman with large hips to bear large butts. Small butts are OK too.

Ok, I said "something" because I couldn't tell specifically. But I'll try. The most obvious error is her arm being too long. Elbow is too low, forearm is too long. It wouldn't be a problem, but for such long arm her hand is too small. It's disproportionate. Hips are wrong too, and not because of "small butt", they're dawn bad the way they're drawn, I can't tell how much her hips are turned. They're both flat in front on the viewer, on the right leg, and in 3/4 on the left leg. Hips don't work like that. Also, for those proportions, crotch is a just little bit too high. I can point out how the right side of her rib cage protrudes too much, or how her left shoulder incorrectly shifted forward, or how her neck is connected to the bottom of her jaw and not the head, but that would be nitpicking.

Yes, thank you for proving my point. Please compare their hand size to forearm length(and how the taller one has longer forearm and noticeably bigger hands). Look how hips are in 3/4, on both sides. Notice the shoulder position. I won't flag this again, but to me it looks very wrong. And seems almost unbelievable that you think it's fine.

@Marlin You can't flag a post twice. @Rathurue Of course this is a valid flag reason. It is pretty much the first sentence in howto:flag applied (but when personal dislike is not enough anymore, then maybe a revision should be proposed). But it is a weak flag reason, because the flagger (presumably Marlin) did not point out specifically some flaws.

Kinda late to the party here, but: - Arm is not too long. Elbows are naturally placed around the waist region. - Forearm is about the same length as upper arm, which is pretty much correct. - Hand is about 1/2 the length of the forearm, which is also correct. - Imagine the picture with a straight arm, in which case the hand / fingers would rest at thigh-level, which is also correct. - Hips aren't turned at all, she's just facing the viewer from neck up, which also explains why her neck seems to be connected to the jaw (it's connected "behind" the jaw)
Tell me again, which part of this is so "disproportionate" that it requires flagging?
