Edit: apparently it's 高飛車 and google says it can be translated as arrogance/lordliness. Fitting?

It's one of the coasters at Fuji-Q Highland, Takabisha. It's a fun one to ride, and has a stop where you go past vertical - the world's steepest coaster, at 121°.
