I was very confused about voice actor connection tag, since I was pretty (very) sure that Mayumi Tanaka was never the voice for Francis, and vice versa for Urara Takano with Luffy, so I looked it up, and holy crap, Urara Takano voiced Luffy for the very first animated adaptation for One Piece.
Specifically, the Defeat the Pirate Ganzak! OVA.
Talk about a very obscure connection for those who don't remember the OVA (I sure didn't lmao).
