Whatever is going on with the left leg, her left shoulder and whatever that is sticking out from her torso.
Left leg is foreshortening away from the viewer. Left shoulder is indeed higher than it typically should be, and what's sticking out from the torso is the elbow. Altogether, it's minor enough that it doesn't deserve the bad_anatomy tag, imo.
