Actually, of the Crossroads Club, Eugen did in fact survive both bombings, but she was neglected for 6 months before finally sinking after a failed attempt to beach her. Her stern is still visible above the water.

Saratoga went under a few hours after the underwater blast.
Nagato sank a week later. Of the five battleships, she was one of two that were sunk, the other being Arkansas which was literally crushed by the underwater explosion.
