Certainly looks like a genderswap to me though the Pixiv post does have the Otoko no ko tag. Not sure if we should add the genderswap tag or leave it.
Despite not being gay many of these traps are really testing my restraint. Even though they're male many artists go way out of their way to play up the feminine features of these boys. In many images they look more pretty and attractive than the average girl, the above pic is a perfect example. Really loving the braid cover up with the sly smile, makes it so very tempting and naughty.
