Got it, I'm putting you down for "A", where he is serious about the hair, and merely uses it as a pretext for groping. Because make no mistake, there's no way this isn't resulting in sexual harassment.

I'll go for a variant of this where he's a perfect gentleman during the haircut and she's almost convinced he's an okay guy, and then he ruins it with a grope right at the end.
I foresee things turning out as D. Then again, it's a rather cliche development...
I'd honestly bet against that one. Permanent hairstyle changes (outside of slapping a new dec on) are limited to a select few artists, especially fanworks, since you confuse new readers popping by for a read occasionally as to who this character is. Hence, only changes that can go away after a few strips are usually allowed. (Although there's room for a "her hair grows back to normal length in the docks" gag...)
