Imagine if some artists drew bald templates in advance and all they had to do was slap on some clothes, along with an approximate breast size, plus hair and hue change the color of the eyes, just to BE fast? Then again, this is an obvious speed paint with jagged outlines and coloring outside of the lines, not to mention poor shading, so this would have taken less than 15 minutes for most artists.
