For the life of me, I can not think of a single valid reason to be using a condom here. I'm tempted to add pointless condom. :P
Quick Google search suggest that its for preventing STD and infections. While the womb is protected from sperm during pregnancy, other parts of vagina can still catch infections.

It's not like it didn't cross my mind, but married couples don't generally need to worry about catching STDs from each other. :P :)

Maybe not STDs but could still catch infections. Some people also prefer to use the condom for easier cleanup after...though I guess that's kinda nullified by the next few images.

Alternatively, and much more simple as a premise, to help the husband last longer.
