With just a few days left before the closing date the Kud Wafter anime crowd funding campaign has surpassed it's last stretch goal target of 60,000,000 Yen to make it a 40 minute OVA.

I have been wondering, was 40 minutes their end goal all along or would they have thrown up another +50% stretch goal if they had enough time to allow for that many more pledges?

There is also the question of the Western backing they hinted at back when the Camp Fire campaign went live. Are they still planning this or have they got everything they need from the Japanese backing already?
