There's no official map unfortunately.
MGE is more of a setting rather than an actual place, Kenkou wants it to be something to base your headcanon on, not a word-of-god precise thing, so I doubt there'll be an actual map any time soon. Even the profiles are meant to be guidelines (as they are written by a "Traveling Scholar" interviewing monster girls and avoiding getting raped, in-story).

Again, there's only loosely-defined "zones". Zipangu which is a japan-esque continent and has monsters from japanese folklore in it, the Mist Continent which is inspired to China has Ren Xiongmao (the panda girl), Jiangshi and the like. There's the crusading states or whatever they're called that have the Order paladins which get corrupted by Demon Lord & co., etc. But there's no actual map of the world as in, a cartographic rendition, because KC wants it to be flexible and be a setting where people can imagine their own things rather than a set place.
It should also be pointed out that the world of MGE is not a planet, but a creation from the Chief God, so it could have an impossible geometry for all we know. BTW there's several continents, one of which belongs to the Order.

TritoniaSea-dwelling monsters that originally bore shells, that were discarded as an evolutionary process as a necessity to show off more of their body to human men. In addition to crawling on the sea floor, they can move through the sea as if floating by shaking the frilly parts of their body. Their bodies are soft enough to sink into when you touch them, and their demeanor is similarly gentle and soft. Their bodies have colored fins, and almost like elegant women in dresses, they show off their varying beautiful colors and patterns, shaking their fins to attract viewers. They even catch the attention of women, and dresses imitating their appearance are common even among human noblewomen.The feelers on their head sense the presence of men, and unconsciously lead them towards the men, sometimes causing them to come out on solid ground. However, they themselves are quite gentle, and even if they may encounter a man and come in direct contact, they will treat him with kindness and won't attack him.
However, the tentacles on their backs act autonomously, independently from their will and thoughts, automatically detecting any movement occurring behind them and attacking nearby prey or enemies. If they catch a human, they'll act upon the instincts of a monster, coiling around his body and giving pleasure leading to ejaculation. Though they can't feel anything in the tentacles behind them, the feelers on their head are sensitive to men's spirit energy, but because they can't exactly tell where the man is, it's not unusual that despite carrying a man on their back, they won't notice him since he's not within eyesight, and they won't actually become aware of the man caught in their tentacles until he's had his semen milked many times by them.
