I think Bismarck was shown in Azur Lane. She just isnt playable yet. Doesnt she show up during the tutorial since the tutorial is basically the Battle of Denmark Strait?

Yes. She is the representative of the "Axis"-side in Azurlane. She also appeared in the German-theme event months ago.

If I recall correctly, '鉄血' is the name of the faction that Bismarck and Prinz Eugen are a part of in Azur Lane. As such, shouldn't Azur-Bismarck's line say 'I am Bismarck of Metalblood'? That's the name of the faction in English-- 'Metalblood'. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Translating　鉄血 into 'metalblood' is a little odd, since '鉄' is iron (or railways), not just plain metal (in Japanese, anyway). Also, and 鉄血 also means 'military might' (i.e. men and weapons) and 'blood and iron', but that's not really catchy for a faction name - it also is a direct reference to Bismark's (Otto von, not the ship) famous speech about blood and iron (Eisen und Blut), making it even stranger to be metalblood.
