Kinda weird that we don't see her that often here anymore
Well Kancolle constantly adds more shipgirls now and again along with seasonal cgs and costumes, so there will be new stuff to work on.
Touhou on the other hand rarely gets updates, and even when a new game comes out, it'll more or less contain mainly new characters, with the playable characters the only recurring ones.
My guess is that he/she (sorry I don't know the artist's gender) must've run out ideas to continue the Touhou arc or that he/she's busy with Kancolle to mix in some Touhou content in them.
Though I highly doubt he/she forgot about her though, since he/she still manages to post his/her Rumia Day pics and some Touhou pics as well. And judging from his/her recent pics, FGO content isn't far away.

It's more like the artist declared Flandre his waifu, but then was tempted by the new hotness everyone else was going on about, but didn't want to go through the whole messy business of divorce, and actually wanted to make the struggle to stay faithful (if it wasn't even one he could succeed in even back when it was just Touhou) a plotpoint rather than something completely forgotten.
