Just the typical false advertisement magazines sell to people awaiting miracles with 5 minute no pain routines. It would get you healthy? Maybe. But fit? With that alone absolutely not.

You can get the ab muscles with that sort of workout, but unless you diet hard enough to lose the layer of blubber over the top of them, no one else will ever see them. And indeed no ab routine (short of a nigh-Olympic training regimen) will burn nearly enough fat to do the job.
