This is just fan-art of Neptune in her HDD form otherwise known as Purple Heart from Hyperdimension Neptunia.
I did this one about 3 months before this post.
Upon completion I was pretty proud of this one as it took me quite a while to do. But I must confess, about 60% of it is copied from an existing picture of neptune, but I wanted to see the rest of her in this pose so I decided to draw it myself :) (Smile)

Fan-art with a reference is much easier to do but this still took a lot of effort from my part and was probably the best thing I'd drawn imo at the time of its completion.
