Yeah, but compare the hips here to that guys hips.
I wouldn't compare it because of that. It just looks awfully weird, as in her spine looks snapped.
Bad anatomy is probably still ok, because the rest is well drawn, so I wouldn#t flag it. But I don't think this looks very sexy :3.

It's a very possible pose, the waist size is what makes it look odd but a twist like that will look that way
