    1) First draw some line art. If you sketched a rough draft, add a layer and do some clean up. For myself, my usual image size for my scribbling is 1500x1800, and the main brush size is 4-6 pixels.
    4) Some simple drawing looks like this. If you use Photoshop, you can do this very neatly using the gradient tool.
    3) So first let's paint the background. You can do it afterwards, but the sea and sky are simple, so we'll get them out of the way as a warm-up.
    Deep blue
    light blue
    emerald
With a brush opacity of about 30%, paint in some place. The parts to make deeper are: Under the chin, under the armpits, and other places where light doesn't easily reach. The bellybutton and abdominals, and other places that indent. Next, to make the surface of the breasts and the collarbone more distinguished, you should paint those deeper.
    purple
    white
Lock the main brush and make the color light brown. Sometimes I'll purple and others. Paint each color on a separate layer. It's best if you lock the layers right away, before you forget.
    dark
    deep blue
    white
    gradation
    13) We finish up by adjusting contrast and saturation.
    Leave a middle region.
    14) Next, we finish the hair and other parts as usual.
    8) Next, inside the shadows, paint some parts even deeper.
    11) After that, using a light (about 30%) brush, paint the bright parts white, and paint the deeper shadows with a light brownish color.
    9) The image will get dirty was as you deepen the shadows and make the skin light brown, and that's where purple comes in! Actually, you could use purple from the beginning for all the shadows on the skin. Now that you've been fooled, paint lightly with purple. The picture looks more realistic! Last paint the shadows on the skin cast by the hair and swimsuit with a 50-60% brush. I think that just by strongly tightening this area, the thumbnail images will look better. Next, make the cheeks as red as you prefer, and use the sea's color (green) to paint the water's reflection on her back. Paint the brightly sunlit shiny spots yellow on an addition layer.
    16) Next, since the layout is dull, I cut out the top and bottom of the background to make the person stand out more, and I'm done! That's all!
For the clouds, use a diffuse brush and just draw some strokes.
    7) Let's paint the skin! It's the most fun part! First, put in some shadows using the base skin color. For now, just paint the parts where the sun isn't hitting deeper. I think it's easiest to use a brush with a thickness of about 60%.
    color of light
    color of the sea
    15) Last, use an addition layer to add highlights in places. It's also fine to skip this step.
    light brown
    12) After doing some rough painting, last use a thick brush to draw the wrinkles on the suit. Also, paint the edges of the suit white and the seams dark. For things like this, you should use the dropper tool to get the colors.
    5) If you use a very deep blue, the sky will look realistic. The sea color should be the same as the sky. I like the look of using emerald green for the shallow parts of the water, since it makes it look tropical. (I think the color comes from the mixing of the water's blue and the seabed sand's color (yellow).) The beach is a very light brown or a yellowish grey. But we're going to use pure white at the end, so I think you could also use white for those too.
    10) The swimsuit. It can be any color, but I used white. If you use white, as groundwork you should: ・Make the spots where the light hits it yellow ・Make the spots in shadow purple to make it more real.
