Is this really bad proportions? I don't think you can see enough of her legs to tell, she might just be small/short.

Her head-to-body ratio is... odd, to say the least. Like, her head is as big as her body.

Well yeah, I can see what you mean there, but I still don't think it's overly bad per se and shouldn't be enough for a deletion. I guess we'll wait and see.
