Good reference for Touhou 15.5

18 characters who will be in AOCF have been revealed thus far (the cast of the previous fighter, plus Doremy, Tenko and Yukarin); but the character select screen at the bottom of the page has 21 slots.

Assuming one of those three as-yet-unannounced fighters is the final boss, who might the other two be? Kaguya? Sakuya? ....Mima?

One slot is for random select. There are 2 characters on the cover, so probably 2 new characters?
