Can't really keep the feel and charm with a new director and without tatsuki it's not going to be 3dcg. Season 2 might be good but it would've been better with tatsuki

That's just arguing for biases sake. It's not like good directors can screw up their own series some point down the line(eg. George Lucas).
I'm in all support for Tatsuki, for all he did and all he stood for, but arguing "no matter what this new guy does Tatsuki will be 1000000% better" is just preemptively trying to hate things even before a trailer of it even came out.
If there exists the possibility that the new guy will suck, then there also exists the possibility that he will be just as good, if not even better than his predecessor.
