Yoh and Nene (the mother) have been sane. Nene and her sister in particular have basically been background characters since they haven't been doing much of anything crazy. Yoh, meanwhile, is just managing her crazy sister.

Tsuku-chi and Micchan, the first two guests, have also been a pretty normal couple outside of the suddenness of their confessions, brought in just to be victims of the craziness of the sisters.
