I feel like deleting this as off-topic is a bit harsh. It's a fairly animesque style, so I'd say that, in terms of topic, it fits in fine.
Don't get me wrong, this is totally worth deletion (I downvoted it myself), I'm just saying that "off-topic" seems like a silly reason. Better reasons would be "really bad resolution," "clearly cut out from something bigger," and "just plain old not good enough for Danbo". You know, actual quality issues, rather than topic issues.
