Well, duh, this takes place a considerable time before her first appearance in "Met My Sister", at which point she logically must've run out of patience with Ayumu obviously not being serious about this relationship (she's basically trying to force herself to forget about her sister as a potential love interest by using a non-relative girlfriend as a distraction, which obviously makes the relationship non-sustainable on the long term).

Yeah, but that doesn't automatically mean she's going to take it out on the next person she gets in a relationship with. It means Tsubomi is SO toxic that she ruins the personalities and lives of everyone around her... and that's a lot worse than being just another crazy lesbian!
