That なのですよー really doesn't fit in with the rest of the text. I left it out of the translation for now, based on the assumption that it's some sort of meaningless trademark line for the character.

Nanodesu is one of the many meaningless Higurashi character catchphrase-utterances (or whatever the phrase for such a thing is).
