It’s a third-party ’shop of parent post #2930344. Use Gimp or something to show the differences between the two images and crank the gamma up to 5 and you’ll clearly see the brush strokes. The shading of the redrawn areas is also kinda bad and doesn’t match the surrounding skin.
Edit: Actually, why needlessly complicated? Just look at my difference version or the modified pixels version. ... maybe red for highlights was a poor choice. >_> Earlier revision of this ’shop by the same uploader here.
