    Games should be one hour a day

    I have a feeling there were kids like this (kids playing without putting in money) at places like the game corners in department stores.

    I remember encountering at least one cabinet where a demo of Galaga could actually be influenced by player input without a single credit inserted (not fully controlled, it was more like you could fight or enable the demo's movements with your own). It made for very cheap entertainment.
