The initial character is 卋, a variant form of 世. So it equals to "世話人会", the group of caretakers. > @Moonspeaker
Much obliged; I'd never have discerned it from the writing style used. The kanji's included in my usual dictionary source, but only in isolation, purely defining the kanji itself. There's no usage examples or compounds for it.
