Just wanted to point out that that's not usually how people operate. No one says, "Yeah, I'd love to fuck, lemme just chug a gallon of beer and get completely smashed first." Drunk sex is 9/10 times unplanned, even ignoring the belief that a drunk person can't consent because they're under the influence of alcohol, it's extremely unreasonable to assume she said yes and then got drunk. That's just a dumb argument.
